How Do I Order? 

• Browse through our products using the "MAKOTI SHOP MENU" and on your left to view our product lists.


• To view the detailed product pages  use the right hand menu "OUR PRODUCTS"


• Click the add to cart button to place the item in your virtual cart.  Contnue browsing and adding to cart until you are ready to pay.


• To view the contents of your shopping cart select “VEIW CART” in the shopping cart menu at the top of the page.


• Once you have filled your shopping cart select “CHECKOUT” in the shopping cart menu at the top of the page.


• If you haven't already done so, you will be prompted to create a new account after you click  "CHECK OUT".  Complete the registration process and continue.  If you have registered, simply sign in using your email address and password.


• CHECKOUT STEP 1: Fill in the form with your contact and delivery details. Choose your method of payment and enter any Gift Voucher or Discount Voucher codes you may have and wish to use. Click on proceed to go to the next step.


• CHECKOUT STEP 2: Choose your preferred method of delivery. Click on proceed to go to the next step.


• CHECKOUT STEP 3: Select your Payment Method and shipping method


• CHECKOUT STEP 4: Check that your order is correct and tick the “PROCEED” box at the bottom of the page. Click on proceed to go to the last step.


• Congratulations on your purchase. Print out the receipt on this page for your records. We will also email this receipt to the email address you have provided.

NOTE: This website will automatically “log out” if you spend more than 20 minutes on any page without any activity. This is for your own (and our) security. Please click on the “refresh” button in your browser to return to the page you were on.

For a printable order, log on to using the email address and password ou used to place your order and click on the “View” link in the order history box. You can also log on to your account at any time to check the STATUS of your order, edit your details and subscribe / unsubscribe to our newsletter.

If you have chosen ELECTRONIC TRANSFER or DIRECT BANK DEPOSIT as your payment preference, our bank details will be in the email sent to you with your receipt directly after placing your order. Also in this email is your ORDER NO. Please use this order number as your reference when depositing money into our bank account. Then please fax or email your deposit slip or proof of transfer to us (Goods will only be shipped as soon as confirmation of payment has been received).
