Down is deceptively warm and in many regions of South Africa, autumn or full winter duvets are too thick for use in summer in humid and warm places. Makoti started making (yup, the rest followed!) a thin Summer Duvet that can be used by itself for summer OR can be clipped onto an Autumn Duvet to make an All-Season Winter Combo.

You can start with investing in a Summer Duvet and buy an Autumn one later to clip together for the cold winter months.

Goose Down Duvets are filled with superior quality goose down. This is a superb mixture of 95% pure goose down and soft downy feathers.

SUMMER CONSTRUCTION

Every duvet is sewn with the utmost attention. Every row of blocks is sealed from the next so that your down remains evenly spread throughout the duvet. There are small holes between the blocks in a row (for filling) which ensures minimal down movement. There is no down movement between the rows of blocked down in your duvet
